In July 2011, a new Babb Oven was installed at Better Baked Foods. This high temperature, short duration oven will expand Better Baked Foods’ capabilities in flatbread and crusts as well as artisan products such as Naan bread, biscuits, Gyros, and Ciabatta, and Focaccia. With a 650 degree baking chamber, and bake times as little as 1 minute, the oven offers a fully adjustable, 4 zone baking chamber. Its stainless construction is elevated, accessible, and energy efficient.
